Sadaqah Jaariyah: Donate a Qur'an for the Madrassah

Help us place the words of Allah in the hands of a DSQA learner - donate or sponsor a Qur'an and leave a reward that keeps on giving.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The best of you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." (Sahih Bukhari). At Darus Saulieghien Quraan Academy, we see this hadith lived out every day, in the mu'allimeen who teach and in the learners who sit before them, Mus'haf in hand, working through each ayah with patience and care.

But every one of those learners needs a Qur'an of their own, and not every family can easily provide one. This is where our community comes in.

A Sadaqah Jaariyah Opportunity

We are calling on our DSQA family and wider community to donate or sponsor a new Qur'an for our learners. A Qur'an placed in a student's hands does not stop giving once it is gifted. Every ayah they recite from it, every lesson they learn, every time it is passed on to another learner after them, in-shaa-Allah the reward continues to reach the one who gave it. This is the essence of Sadaqah Jaariyah, ongoing charity that outlives the moment it was given.

Small Actions, Big Rewards

It does not take much to make this happen. The cost of a single Al-Qur'an Al-Kareem is small next to what it builds: a child's connection to the Book of Allah (SWT), a foundation for a lifetime of recitation, reflection, and practice. Small actions, big rewards, everlasting impact, that is what this campaign is about.

We ask parents, alumni, and well-wishers of DSQA to consider donating a new Qur'an or sponsoring one for a learner this term. Every copy given is a direct investment in someone's Qur'an journey, and in-shaa-Allah in your own Aakhirah.

How to Give

To donate a Qur'an or sponsor one for a learner, please contact us on +27 72 218 9344 or email info@dsqa.co.za. We will gladly guide you through it, whether you wish to donate directly or sponsor through the academy.

Jazakumullahu khayran to everyone who has already given, and to everyone who is about to. May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly and make it a means of everlasting benefit for you and for every learner who opens that Qur'an after you. Ameen.
